ifilm 'Kimia' star, Ali Shadman, has attended photocall for Fajr contender ‘Life Hanging’.
ifilm viewers should surely remember the young Iranian star from his memorable role as Kimia’s brother Keyvan Parsa in the series under the same name as ‘Kimia’.
Shadman started his artistic career as a child star in late Rasoul Molla-Gholipour’s ‘M Like Mother’ in (2007). Since then, he has been in a number of films and TV series such as ‘A Time for Love’, ‘Orphanage of Iran’, ‘Arvand’ and ‘Villa Residents’.
Shadman has recently acted in ‘Life Hanging’, which is a co-directorial work of Hossein Amir-Domari and Pedram Amiri. The film is already screening at the main competition section of the 37th Fajr Film Festival.
"To God I swear, if you ask me about dinner or what we are going to have tonight once more, I'll hang myself here and right now, so you will forget all about food. You haven't died of hunger, have you?!", a brief synopsis of the film reads.
Notable among the cast members of the film are Fatemeh Motamed-Arya, Hamed Behdad, Baran Kosari and Javad Ezzati.
